The three-day workshop on interpretation of constitution and judgment writing began is underway in Phuentsholing. The workshop is an outcome of a two-year partnership contract with the Federal Administrative Court of Switzerland. During the workshop, the participants will revisit the basic skills of interpreting the constitution and other laws with help of Swiss expertise. Judges from the district courts across the country and other law practitioners are taking part in the workshop.
