A youth workshop on GNH and mindfulness started in the capital, today. Over 400 youth from all over the country are participating. The participants will be familiarized with the concept of Gross National Happiness during the three and a half days workshop. They will also be taught meditation. The theme for the workshop is Youth Ambassadors of change. It is being organized by the GNH Centre Bhutan in collaboration with the YDF.
