The second session of the second parliament will begin from Wednesday. The National Assembly will see the Finance Minister report on the findings of the Pay Commission on the salary raise.
The house will table the Biosafety Bill of Bhutan 2014. The house will also deliberate the amendment of the National Assembly Act and the Local Government Act, among other bills.
The National Council, meanwhile, will table the introduction of the National Council Act and the Tobacco Control Act for amendment.
