Fire-RiverviewA one-storied house above Hotel Riverview in the capital was gutted by fire last evening at around 6.

Three families were living in the building. The families have not been able to salvage anything.  The fire broke out from one of the apartments. The family living in the apartment was away when the fire occurred. The cause of the fire is, however, not known.

The police fire fighting team, De-suups and the nearby residents helped control the fire. Department of disaster management has provided the families with emergency kits.
