In Bartsham, thousands of devotees from across the country are attending Peling Wang-Lung. His Eminence Dzongsar Jamyang Khentse Rinpoche is administering the oral transmission to the devotees in Chadro Lhakhang. The oral transmission began today and will go on for three weeks till the 11th of January next year.
