Three Bhutanese children undergo surgeries under His Majesty’s Heart Project

His Majesty’s Heart Project.Three Bhutanese children underwent surgeries successfully, with support from Bangkok Hospital, under His Majesty’s Heart Project. The three had gone for treatment to Thailand, and are now back in the country.

One of the beneficiaries, Drukten, is just five months old. He was born with a heart condition. Drukten was sent to Bangkok as part of His Majesty the King’s Heart project.

Another beneficiary is two-years-old, Ramesh Kami. He was diagnosed with heart defects, which required heart surgery.

The third beneficiary is seven-years-old Karma Lhazin. Her parents are from Monggar. Her mother moved to Tsirang after she received land as Kidu from His Majesty the King. Her father is a cook at the Institute of Language and Cultural Studies in Trongsa.
