The first ever Moelam Chenmo in Mogggar began this morning at Gyalpoizhing. Thousands of devotees have gathered to attend, and receive blessings from His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over the week-long Moelam Chenmo.
His Holiness also consecrated new Kuenray and the administration block of Mongar Dzongkhag, yesterday. The construction of Kuenray and administration block was completed recently.
