Team Zimdra wins veteran football tournament

TEamZimdraTeam Zimdra is the winner of this year’s veteran football tournament. The final match was played between Team Zimdra against team Gagdhey 11 at the Changlimithang football stadium, yesterday. Team Zimdra defeated team Gagdhey 11 two goals to one.

The winning team was awarded a cash prize Nu.20,000 while the runners-up were given Nu.1,5000. Both teams were also awarded trophies and medals.

Ten teams participated in the tournament organized by Woezer Events and the Bhutan Football Federation.
