ACC files restitution case in connection with Gyalpoizhing land scam

MonggarCourt-GyalpoizhingLandCaseThe Anti-Corruption Commission has filed restitution case to 71 land-recipients under the Gyalpoizhing land scam case at Monggar court this morning.

The ACC has also filed case against the two remaining committee members. The two members were out of the country for studies and the cases were deferred.

The case hearing will begin from tomorrow.
