The venerable Yangbi Lopon and the Director of the Zhung Dratshang, Karma Penjor, inaugurated the Kila Nuns College in Paro, yesterday. The Kila Dechen Yangtsi Higher Buddhist College has 45 nuns. The nunnery taught only till the high school level, earlier. The nunnery has seven teachers including the principal.
