His Majesty grants Dhar

Brigadier Thinley TobgyelHis Majesty the King granted Dhar to Brigadier Thinley Tobgyel, who was promoted to the rank of Brigadier.

Brigadier Thinley Tobgyel, who was among the first ICSC students to study in Sherubtse, completed his military training from the National Defence Academy in Pune and the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun.

Brigadier Thinley Tobgyel is currently the commandant of the Military training Centre in Tencholing, Wangdue Phodrang.

He received the Drakpoi Khorlo Medal in 2003 and the Light Treasure of the Armed Forces Medal in 2013.
