The “Urban e-Sakor” online land transaction system was launched by the National Land Commission, today.The e-Sakor contains information on land including maps and thrams.
Land transactions from Dzongkhags and the Thromdes will be submitted online to the Land Commission for approval with e-Sakor.

The issue of Lagthrams will also be decentralised to local governments. Land transactions are expected to become faster with e-Sakor. The status of land transactions will be made available online as well.
