A woman, 45, and her nine-year-old daughter died on the spot after the tractor they were travelling veered-off the road on the Ura-Nangar highway in Bumthang this afternoon. According to the Bumthang police the cause of the accident is due the over speeding and brake failure. The deceased was from Trashigang and was a roadside worker.
