Are we RTI ready?

With the Right to Information (RTI) Bill tabled for discussion in this parliament session, Bhutanese society is talking about the pros and cons of having such an Act. Many are even asking if Bhutan needs such an Act? The media that were initially pro RTI have reined in their support after being discomfited by restrictive clauses in the Bill.
