The preparation for the by-election for the post of Tshogpas is in full swing in Pema Gatshel. The vacant posts are in Bongmaan under Khar Gewog and Dagor under Shumar Geowg. The by-election will be held on September 30.
The functional literacy test was also conducted on Monday. There are only two candidates for the two posts. The last date to file in their nominations is on September 9.
