The draft 11th Five Year Plan will dominate the discussion in the upcoming parliament session which begins on September 7. The budget for the fiscal year 2013 to 2014 will be tabled for deliberation in the upcoming session.
Right to Information bill and some spill over issues from the previous parliament session will be also discussed among others.
