The Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, along with the cabinet ministers, attended the Moenlam Chhenmo in Haa today. Lyonchhoen was accompanied by the National Assembly Speaker, Information and Communications Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister and other Members of the Parliament.
They also offered prayers and Ku Sung Thugi Mendrel to His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
The Moenlam Chhenmo is being presided over by His Holiness the Je Khenpo. It will conclude on Tuesday.
