(Picture Story) The Indian Community in Thimphu celebrated India’s 67th Independence Day this morning. Ambassador V.P Haran, read the address to the Nation by the President of India Pranab Mukherjee to the gathering.
Following the speech, the Gyalpo Zimpon, Ugyen Namgyel, offered Tashi Khaddar to the Indian ambassador on behalf of the Bhutanese government and the people.
