Three houses were razed to the ground by a fire last night at Khenthongmani, Yongphula in Trashigang. Two of the houses were single storied and the other was a double storied house. A Santro car was also gutted by the fire.
The fire broke out around 1 am today. The occupants have not been able to salvage anything.
The Dzongkhag has provided the families with essentials such as blankets and emergency kits. The families were also given Nu. 10,000 each from His Majesty’s Kidu office.
