2,466 Thrams handed over to Haa Dzongkhag

Lagtharm-HaadzongkhagThe National Land Commission handed over the Thrams of six gewogs and lag Thrams to all the land owners of Haa Dzongkhag in Thimphu, today.

Two thousand and four hundred sixty six tharms were handed over to Haa Dzongda, Sonam Wangdi, by the Secretary of National Land Commission, Sangay Khandu.

The Thrams were issued based on National Cadastral Resurvey initiated in 2007 upon the Command of His Majesty the King, to resolve all existing land issues once and for all, by carrying out an accurate, all-encompassing survey of the entire country.
