A fire gutted a single storied shop in Doomchog, in Haa yesterday. According to the shopkeeper, the fire started from a gas cylinder which then spread to other parts of the shop. Everything was lost to the fire.
The Dzongkhag officials, police firefighting team and IMTRAT, help contain the fire, which could have otherwise spread to the nearby houses. The Gyalpoi Zimpoen office has given semso to the shopkeeper.
