Charos win Veteran’s Basketball tournament

Charo--Winner--Veteran-BasketballThe finals of the Veteran’s Basketball tournament took place in Thimphu, yesterday. In the women’s category, Charos won with 46 points while Parop Zams are runners-up with 41 points.

In the men’s category, Vibes emerged the winners with 78 points, while Lungta placed second with 68 points.Vibes--Winner--Veteran-Basketball

Nine teams participated in the men’s category and five teams in the women’s category. The men’s teams consisted of players above 35 years while the women’s had players above 30 years.

The Veteran’s tournament was organised by a private individual with support from the Bhutan Basketball Federation.
