Two well-known Indian designers, Ritu Kumar and Rajesh Pratab Singh, took part in the textile fashion show, held yesterday in the capital.
The event was organised to celebrate the inauguration of the Royal Textile Academy.
The two designers showcased their works along with local Bhutanese designers.
The collections were based on designs from Bhutanese materials and fabrics. Popular models from India and Bhutanese walked the ramp, showcasing works of all the designers.
Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Sangay Choden Wangchuck, graced the show along the princes, princesses and other members of the royal family.
