A fire destroyed a single- storied traditional Bhutanese house at the upper market in Kanglung in the early hours this morning. The house also had a tailoring shop. The fire had started at around 1.15 am. The Trashigang Police said the fire had started due to an electric short circuit. No casualties were reported.
