All five political parties were able to submit their Letters of Intent to the Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) as mandated, within the deadline.

Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party was the third party to submit Letter of Intent, half an hour before the deadline.
People’s Democratic Party filed in their letter during the last 10 minutes to the deadline.
Druk Chirwang Tshogpa was the last party to submit the Letter of Intent. They submitted the letter during the last five minutes to the deadline.
