His Holiness the Je Khenpo appointed Lam Tshering Penjor, 33, as the new Lam of Sha-Seugang monastery in Wangdiphodrang. Lam Tshering Penjor began his monastic life at the age of 9 and graduated from Tango University when he was 24. He has also completed his three-year retreat. He was formerly a teacher at Seula Shedra.
