Border Roads DG calls on PM

The Director General of Border Roads (DANTAK), Lt. Gen. AT Parnaik called on Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley at the Gyalyong Tshogkhang, today.

Lt. Gen. AT Parnaik, is also the Colonel Commandant of the Bengal Sappers and Military Survey. He was a member of the 3^rd Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica which set up ‘Dakshin Gangotri’, the first Indian Scientific Base in 1983-84.
