26 senior armed force personnel promoted

HM_Promotion.His Majesty the King promoted 26 senior armed force personnel to the rank of Colonel yesterday. Sixteen officers are from the Royal Bhutan Army, seven from Royal Body Guards and three from the Royal Bhutan Police. The new colonels received congratulatory scarf from His Majesty the King in a traditional ceremony at the throne Room.
