The third attempt to transport election officials and Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) to Lunana by two helicopters from India, failed today, because of bad weather.
The helicopters made its first attempt on Thursday.
The Election Officer in Gasa, Dorji Wangdi, said they will again try to fly to Lunana tomorrow.
