The Ambassador of Singapore to Bhutan, Karen Tan Ping Ming, called on the Minister-in-Charge of Foreign Affairs, Khandu Wangchuk, this morning.Karen Tan is currently Singapore’s High Commissioner to India with concurrent accreditation as Singapore’s Ambassador to Bhutan, and Nepal.
