To discuss the air services between the two countries, Bhutan and Thailand signed a memorandum of understanding in the capital, yesterday. The MoU was signed by the Secretary of Ministry of Information and Communications and the Director General of Department of Civil Aviation, Thailand.
The other focus of the discussion was also to revise the air service agreement signed between the two countries in 1993.
Issues related to traffic rights of the flights and allowing more than one airliner to fly to Thailand were also discussed.
