The National Assembly so far heard calls for bigger budgets, better roads, and stronger policies, but today, it discussed better manners. The house endorsed a motion to incorporate courteous communication and respectful interaction into all public service training programmes. MPs supported the motion, emphasising that quality service delivery begins with how public servants engage with the people. The motion has been forwarded to the Social and Cultural Committee and will be presented during the winter session.
