His Holiness the Je Khenpo appoints four Kudus

HH_KudusHis Holiness the Je Khenpo appointed four Kudus and a Tshengeyu-Chung this morning.

Kinga, 40, from Limbukha under Punakha Dzongkhag was appointed as Kudu Tshogchay. Kinga joined Puenthim Dratshang when he was eight years old. At the age of nine, he joined Dechenphodrang Lobdra and studied Buddhist Philosophy. Prior to his current appointment, he was serving as a Chhamgi Lopen in Puenthim Dratshang.

Namgay Wangchuck, 44, from Punakaha Dzongkhag was appointed as Kudu Sha. He joined Puenthim Dratshang when he was seven years old. At the age of 11, he joined Dechenphodrang Lobdra .After that he joined Kilkhor Deytshen (section) in Puenthim Dratshang .At the age of 42 he served as a Kilkhor Lobey in Puenthim Dratshang.

Kencho Dorji , 42, from Dhomphala under Punakha Dzongkhag was appointed as a Kudu Parop. When he was eight years old, he joined Puenthim Dratshang . After that he joined Dechenphodrang Lobdra .He mediated for three years at Talopunkar Goenpa .After that he served as a teacher in Dechenphodrang Lobdra.

Norbu, 40, from Chhukha Dzongkhag was appointed as a Tshenge Kudu. He joined Puenthim Dratshang when he was seven years old .At the age of eight, he joined Dechenphodrang Lobdra. When he was 17, he completed his Buddhist philosophy from Dechenphodrang Lobdra.

Thinley, 39, from Paro Dzongkhag was appointed as Tshengeyu- Chung .At the age of eight, he joined Dechenphodrang Lobdra. After that he joined Sangchu Choekoe Shedra in Paro. After completing his studies from Sangchu Choeko he joined Tango Buddhist College. Upon completing ninth standard from Tango Buddhist College, he served His Holiness Thezur, Tenzin Dendup .He meditated for three years at Chari.
