A Bhutanese was killed on the spot and two others injured in an accident on the border of Assam and West Bengal in India. The accident took place earlier today at Serampore, about an hour and a half drive from Phuentsholing.
The EON car they were travelling in supposedly collided head-on with an oncoming bus.
The three were on their way to Samdrup Jongkhar.
