A 29-year-old man was found dead in a passenger bus coming from Phuentsholing to Thimphu today. The deceased is suspected to have died from drug overdose. He had got in the bus from Gedu this morning.
Upon arriving in Thimphu at around 3pm, all passengers came out of the bus except for the deceased.
When the driver, thinking that the man was asleep went to wake him up found him dead in his seat. The driver told BBS that the deceased was fine till lunch time as they ate together.
Police also found some drugs inside the deceased’s wallet. He was from Trashigang.
