Ugyentse Zangdopelri Lhakhang robbed

UgyentseFour elephant tusks were robbed from Ugyentse Zangdopelri Lhakhang located above Taktshang monastery in Paro. The incident apparently took place on the night of December 4. The incident happened when the caretaker was at his home above the Lhakhang.

The miscreant broke the window and entered the Lhakhang.

Meanwhile other relics are said to be intact.

Police are on the lookout for the miscreant.
