The third day of the Wangchen drew over 100,000 of devotees at Thangzona ground in Punakha. Out of 84 Dupthobs Kawang in total, His Holiness the Je Khenpo has administered 21 Dupthops Kawang today.
The Wangchen has attracted devotees from as far as Ladakh, Nepal, Sikkim, Tawang, Hungary and Darjeeling.
The Wangchen will be held for 21 days.
