Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay embarked on a three-day visit to Singapore today. During his visit, he will meet with the President, Prime Minister, and senior government officials of Singapore. He is also set to speak at the 11th annual Asia Summit, hosted by the Milken Institute, which begins on Wednesday.
The summit brings together global leaders to address pressing challenges surrounding economic development, trade, innovation, and regional cooperation.
Following his engagements in Singapore, the Prime Minister will head to New York on Friday to attend the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. There, he will meet with world leaders and heads of multilateral organisations to strengthen Bhutan’s international standing and promote national priorities on the global stage.
