The National Assembly unanimously adopted the Supplementary Budget Appropriation Bill for the Financial Year 2023-2024 today, which amounts to more than Nu 3bn. Additionally, the Budget Appropriation Bill for the Financial Year 2024-2025 was adopted with 44 members voting in favour and one voting against it.
Yesterday, the 16-point recommendation from the Economic and Finance Committee was deliberated. The bill will now be forwarded to the National Council.
