India’s support for Bhutan’s 15 billion Economic Stimulus Plan is included in the 100 billion rupees that the Government of India will provide for Bhutan’s 13 Five-Year Plan. This was shared by Indian Foreign Secretary, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, yesterday during the special briefing on Prime Minister Modi’s state visit to Bhutan. The Indian foreign secretary also added that the 100 billion rupees for Bhutan’s 13 FYP is double the amount India has provided for the 12th FYP.
