2 Lams receive Toe-Tsey Jim honour

(Brief) His Holiness the Je Khenpo awarded Toe-Tsey-jim honour to two lams of the Zhung Dratshang today at the Tashichhodzong. Lopen Rigzin, 54, who serves as the Drungchhen and Dzimpoen Ugyen Tenzin, 56, received the awards for their dedicated and relentless service towards His Holiness for more than 15 years.

Meanwhile, A Dechhog Zhiwi Ginsey is also currently underway at Tashichhodzong. The ceremony will be held for 9 days for the benefit of all sentient beings. The annual ritual presided over by the Tsho-gi Lopoen along with over 50 monks.
