HH Je Khenpo administers closing ceremony of Damar Drubchen

His Holiness the Je Khenpo administered the closing ceremony of the Tsenkhar Damar Drubchen at Autsho Namdroling Goenzin Dratshang in Lhuentse, today.
Over 200 monks were involved in the week-long Drubchen, which began on Saturday. The ritual which is being performed for the third time is an annual event held in the 12th month of the Bhutanese Lunar Calendar.
Tomorrow, His Holiness will grace the Dromchoe where mask dances will be performed including three mask dances originated from the vision of the revered Buddhist teacher, Je Lhodrak Marpa.
The two-day Dromchoe will end on Sunday with the unfurling of a Guru Tshengye Thongdroel. His Holiness will also administer a Ngodrup Lawang.
