Hundreds of people, especially elderly, from all over the country are pouring in Gelephu for the Kuenchen Jigme Lingpai Ka Bum, which begins tomorrow. It will be presided over by Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche.

The football ground in the heart of Gelephu town will be the venue for the ceremony over the next one and a half month. The ground is all set to accommodate more than 30,000 people. The town is seeing an influx of people and vehicle from all over the country.

The organisers say, the seat will be given on first come first serve basis tomorrow and thereafter people can continue to sit in the same place until the end of the ceremony. Organizers have also designated areas for the trulkus, retired senior government officials and the public.

The ceremony will begin in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
