Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck inaugurated the new Paro District Court at Nemjo in Lunyi Gewog today. The Austrian Development Cooperation funded the project with a budget of 78 million ngultrum. The court has three courtrooms with special features such as disabled-friendly ramps and tactile floorings. The old court, which is currently in Rinpung Dzong will be moved to the new building immediately.
