25 men tested positive for drugs during a highway drug testing at Hongtsho along the Thimphu-Punakha highway today. The Thimphu drug division carried out the test on both passengers and drivers.
Of the 25 individuals, the police detained one as he was carrying SP+ capsules. The rest will be sent for counselling. The 25 individuals are aged between 17-35.
