Two labourers killed in accident

Two non-national labourers were killed on the spot when the Tata Winger they were travelling in, fell 70 feet off the road at around 6 a.m., this morning.

The accident took place at Labi near Tamala, about eight kilometres away from Tingtibi, towards Gelephu.

There were altogether 11 passengers, including the driver in the vehicle. While two of the passengers were seriously injured and admitted in Gelephu Hospital, others escaped with minor injuries.

The cause of the accident is still unknown.
