Druk Phuensum Tshogpa declares two more candidates

The Druk Phuensum Tshogpa has declared two more candidates for the upcoming National Assembly elections. They were announced in the capital, today. With this, the party has declared 26 candidates so far.

Krishna Bhadur Tamang will be contesting from the Lhamoi Dzingkha_Tashiding constituency in Dagana.

The 52-year-old holds a Master’s in Marketing from the Calcutta University in India.

He also contested the 2008 National Council and 2013 National Assembly elections.

Before joining the party, Krishna Bhadur Tamang worked in corporate offices.

 

 

And, 33-year-old Sonam Chezom is the party’s candidate for the Khamaed_Lunana constituency in Gasa.

She graduated from the Gedu College of Business Studies with a Bachelor of Commerce.

She worked at Tashi InfoComm Limited as an inventory officer for about seven years.

The Druk Phuensum Tshogpa is one of the country’s five registered political parties.
