His Majesty the King graced the first convocation of technical and vocational graduates, held in the capital today.
Over a thousand graduates from technical and vocational institutes across the country, including those from zorig chusum attended the convocation. His Majesty the King spoke of the values and beliefs that bring happiness and success.
His Majesty the King also shared his vision on the importance of self-reliant in moving a country forward and how as an individual can contribute in nation building.
This is the first convocation for the Technical Vocational Education and Training or TVET institutes. The graduates come from a batch of 2004 till 2010.
The institutes have produced about 2,500 graduates in multi skills vocations.
