DNT declares two new candidates

The Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa declared two new candidates in the capital today. The candidates will represent the party from constituencies in Sarpang and Dagana.

43-year-old Tashi Penjor is the party’s candidate for Drukjeygang-Tseza Constituency in Dagana. He holds a Master of International Development Studies from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. Before embarking on his political journey, Tashi Penjore worked as a Dzongkhag Tshogdu Secretary in Trashigang.

 

 

 

 

And Namgay Tashi will represent the party from the Gelephu Constituency in Sarpang. The 32-year-old has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Chartered and Financial Analysts India University, in India. Before joining politics, he served at the DeSuung Office.

The DNT has revealed 11 candidates so far.
