Bhutan Tendrel Party declares two more candidates

The Bhutan Tendrel Party has declared two more candidates for the upcoming National Assembly elections. The two candidates will represent Nanong_Shumar constituency in Pema Gatshel and Jomotshangkha_Martshala constituency in Samdrup Jongkhar.

49-year-old Yeshey Jamtsho will represent the party from Nanong_Shumar constituency in Pema Gatshel. He has a Master’s of Banking and Finance from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. Before joining politics, he was as a senior branch manager at the Bhutan Development Bank Limited.

 

 

 

 

And former deputy chairperson of the National Council, Jigme Wangchuk, is the party’s candidate from Jomotshangkha_Martshala constituency in Samdrup Jongkhar. The 43-year-old has a bachelor’s of education from the Paro College of Education.

The Bhutan Tendrel Party declared 41 candidates so far.
